Damn! Two 249Ds and we are still no wiser as to just how much (or little) support there was for the old board.

Eddie's 249D we were foiled in finding out the numbers because of the way the resolutions were structured.

ERM's 249D the board fell on their swords so again the numbers aren't announced.

In both cases we know the numbers in support of the challengers, but that doesn't necessarily give us any indication of the support for the old board.

Oh well, what matters is the ERM and the small shareholders won this one and we can now look to a brighter future.
