Just my Ramblings:
After reading over todays RNS the numbers look so much better than before .
Our next RNS will be on Monday around lunchtime confirming the approval of the 24/6 Processing Plant, followed shortly by the Q update at the end of the month.
In Q2 we will see just how much this will save on our already low production costs of £360 per ounce and just how much the 24/6 Processing Plant and the associated works required for this smaller plant will reduced the capital cost requirements by.
The base case Gold price of $1,300 or £812 used on the "Final" development study gives us some change in that $ 1,300 is now worth £ 860 so our costs have £48 to come off before the new numbers are used in Q2 .
617,000 tonnes ,
266,000 Au oz
15,400 Au eq ( 71-1 )
2.2 tonnes for 1 oz AU eq
The Cononish mineralisation is open at depth down plunge and to the west along strike. There is therefore potential to add to the resource by further extensional drilling.
Lower costs , higher grades , as predicted
We should be well below £300 cost per ounce even after contingency allowances
10 % premium on the 25% Gold which will be produced on site
40 % of the company that will market the Scottish Gold
Cononish is just the beginning .

Nat le Roux said "I fully support Scotgold management's plan to bring the Cononish mine into production within the next eighteen months. As a Scot I am pleased to be involved in this material step to the development of a significant Scottish gold mining industry."
Can't fault him so far !
