The pegging of 5374 by Salvado Resources so close timewise (10 minutes!) to 5368 by CHN (via CGM (WA) Pty Ltd) cannot be a coincidence.
This activity was going on over the same time frame that in excess of 3.3m shares in DEV was changing hands; as you know DEV is in the same stable. Check out DEV announcements in late March for clarification. In other words leases were being pegged at the same time as shares were being moved.
In summary: can the Salvado Resources move be involved in a possible nearology play?
