Re conversion, we've only been trading as KAIO for about a week! (29th April) They did send us an option form a few days ago - I got mine Friday - but my cheque wouldn't have even arrived back to them yet. So that is why there has been no 3B announcement for KAIO. I don't think anyone would have wanted to further complicate matters by sending in an option form for MPJO/MPJDB- may as well wait till KAIO - which happened a week ago.
