can you be more specific and point us to where the contradiction should be? Looking into the mentioned documents, I read
"Eligible Demerger Shareholder means the registered holder of Arafura Shares on the Demerger Record Date."
and
"Eligible Demerger Shareholder A registered holder of Arafura Shares on the Demerger Record Date."
in the Invitation and the prospectus respectively.
Looks identical.
