There was really nothing so drastic in the RMS LOM release. That's a smokescreen for insiders repositioning for the merger. Also makes the deal look better for RMS holders, but how can they let their own board manipulate their share price like that? SPR even have their larger investors already fully informed and signed up. All in one busy weekend. Aye right.

SL stood up and said just a month back he had no idea what MZ was planning. Unprompted straightforward misdirection in my view. If he had been directly questioned he could say 'you'll need to ask MZ', instead he intentionally misleads.

He apologised for lack of newsflow, and fake promises to do better, hinting we'll 'know soon'. But where are the rest of Freaks drilling results. Really?

Now because they announced a valuation of 1.78, at 2.20 seems like there's a glass ceiling at those prices. And it looks like anything likely to increase the NO vote (good stuff), just won't be released.

And in January SPR traded in the 1.60s anyway, so yes I'm disappointed by the current premium. I'll hold to see RMS recover share value, but i do hope Wayne Bramwell or Bill Beament can rescue us from dreary MZ and bumptious SL
