My complaint is why did the share price tank to $1.65.
No real evidence to support this fall. We know that Lihir Island is producing 700,000 ounces a tear, the average cost for extraction is $412 an ounce which is cheaper than most other goldies. They have forecast the production to be 1 mill ounces in 2011.
If there is one share that is a pure gold play producing gold (now) with a huge potential for a increase in SP with an uptick in gold price it has to be Lihir.(a small divy would be nice just to deter the speculators!)
