It would be definitely on the radar of Phillips Medical given a number of people that have now defected from PM to M7T. The takeover possibility is one of the reasons I invested in M7T along with US dollar earnings and recurring SAS style med tech earnings. Phillips Medical yearly revenue is $3.4B so an M7T purchase would be a just above a rounding error for them. Wish there was greater insider ownership, my only concern but at the same time the salary's of management are reasonable in my opinion and they are not taking the p*ss.
