NUZ only have to fill in the boxes , every now and then you will see a suspension while the company answers the ASX in regard to the method of raising but its normal business is a CR..
I personally believe we have some very interested parties but this is business, Interested parties are answerable to their SH also so need to put a decent case forward for investment ,,, once that FDA Hold is lifted there is a clear shot at commercialisation and that is extremely attractive to Big Pharma.
MT mentioned upon the Hold being lifted they will apply for accelerated approval which really only requires one of the 9 month trial periods (as long as the results are positive) after all proof of Mechanism of Action is Empirical Evidence ,, and inherently valuable ,, You could see a BP dropping $20m into NUZ to establish a position prior to full data read out and Boom,,,"we will take the rest " at a premium Obviously NZT
