As NUZ will need funds any potential investor or Partner will want a clear shot at goal and that would be the FDA Clinical Hold being lifted,, so the FDA Green light right now dictates NUZ's future... I'd even say lifting the Hold is Critical to the future of NUZ especially as the Trial is USA based with Healey..
The same data required by the FDA (Mouse and K9 Toxicity) is also required by the TGA etc ... so the FDA is not a normal Milestone but an actual Road Block...
on the bright side great to see the SP recover from 9.5c and settle into 15c ,,, that's a 50% recovery just another 30% and NUZ will be back at the last CR price , which is healthy moving forward to another Raise,, no one likes buying at lower and lower prices..
