Fair enough statement and from what we know now, probably a good assessment.
However, I must say I too was terribly disappointed in the continuous rhetoric from the then management that company was in "advanced discussions with major pharma partners". The statement was rolled out in announcements many times. There was the real inference that something was brewing and an outcome of some kind was possible. And then, whooska, suddenly that statement vaporised. It just wasn't a useful "hook" for them to claim anymore.
Michael/ThePig, I am sorry for your loss. You engaged in good faith, you had hope, you did your very best out of your love for Bella, and in the end, the doorway that offered you hope, just closed. I know that scenario only too well myself. I had high hopes of this being a miracle treatment for dogs and other pets, because of heartbreaking companion loss as well. I feel for you and i sincerely wish for you peace and closure, going forward.
