I think everyone was disappointed and that board is gone due to loss of trust from both their shareholders and their operational leader.

Here is how I see it:
We had Covid hitting and trade/revenue for nearly every company,
including Elanco, was down
We barely had enough dogs and managing the data and access to vets was extremely difficult
The results from the dogs was 50/50 (we both agree
i think not blow your socks off)
In fact,
not all dogs were only on MPL which added to the risk of showing clarity in results.

As much as I wanted to see a deal to make my investment pop, and as much as PharmAust engaged with Elanco, they weighed up everything and said not now.
We don’t know what happened prior but it is likely they were getting favourable signs from Elanco plus the board may have been prepared to take any old deal.
That board is out. The new board is vastly different and working to the neurology drum.
I just think some emotional baggage is only making folks have bad days.

There is no going back and there is no better direction than where we are going that I can see.

The conspiracy theories about incompetence or deliberate misleading of shareholders about knowing the FDA would bounce the application is just shit talk. Look at all the parties engaged in the application and try and understand what benefits they get from a clinical hold? Are people saying that the reviewers and contributors like Berry and Healy and the SAB are so incompetent? FFS

So let’s work with logic and keep to the right channels of communication while maybe keeping emotions in check and everyone will have a better day.

That is all I am saying.
No disrespect to caring about our pets at all but actions were
taken and the board at that time for that. The new board really hasn’t
done too badly. The clinical hold is front they are being proactive and also doing concurrent work on scientific and commercial outcomes.
