To be clearer, I believe all of Amylx cash is spoken for in their other activities, so I doubt any would be available for NUZ001 if there were to be a merger and we would need to CR anyway.

We may as well seek a cashed up shell without all the baggage (unless Amylx have some super IP and synergies to offer, but I am not convinced that these benefits would outweigh the baggage and the politics)

All of MT's talk in prior months about getting bought out in the near term on ALS alone is a bit outdated now that the other ND's are looking good. One would expect BOD to recommend we reject any offer that didn't include fair compensation for our "platform" treating numerous ND's - as BP is unlikely to offer these $$ until those other ND's are de-risked, I think we will need to fend for ourselves for the time being.

So where to from here?
Mooch the charitable foundations where possible.
CR (30mil?) For completion of Healy and ongoing pre-clinicals
When we get conditional approval of ALS we can engage a marketing partner on a commission basis. Yearly renewal.
Then either seek a shell (preferably with a bit of cash in it) or rawdog a NASDAQ listing ourselves.
Will need a second CR for NASDAQ listing fees and any pre-listing capital requirements, then an IPO to bring in the minimum number of holders required and any ongoing capital requirements per NASDAQ regulations.
This would see us cashed up for the next one or two ND's.
Revenue from ALS and any off-label sales should be enough to continue our development pipeline until we get eaten in 2029
Once we are earning revenue we can also look at convertible notes as a funding instrument...
Of course all this requires a strong appetite from investors, yet our story should be an easy one to sell if the clinic continues to perform
