I had my post removed as auto correct a d my failure to prove read it meant it didn't say what I wanted to write.
The simple fact is that since 2013 PAA/NUZ has suffered delays, missed timelines and imo at times a failure to keep shareholders up dated.
Unfortunately even with a new management in place the trend continues.
If what we have been told is correct how did the IND Submission end up in a clinical hold.
We have MT himself along with the SAB, the outcome of meetings held with the FDA, who gave clear directions on what was needed in the submission.
We had Berry Consultants and Healey.
we have had since the hold was put in place positive discussions with the FDA and yet after 5 months we are still batting blind.
Sorry I can not accept that, how can they claim the discussions to be positive if the FDA hasn't fully outlined what data they require.
So I guess the positive discussions can be placed in the same basket as the clear direction that was given at the pre IND meeting in that neither has been that clear or positive.
Shareholders should not need to ask questions if management are keeping them correctly updated
