What's the saying "it is what it is" What we should be worried about as investors, is what are the BOD/Management team doing about it ? To me they have provided a road map, I have also sought clarification on a few points so I remain reasonably satisfied at this stage.
The nature of the hold not being based on Safety or Efficacy concerns should be noted. While the hold does [Without a doubt] have a negative effect on retail investors I don't believe it will be having the same effect on potential partners.
I'm much more focused on a deal of some sort being brokered, than I am on the hold. Focusing on whether someone made an error or if there a Machiavellian strategies being employed and looking backwards at this stage is a waste of time.
I also have to question when someone stays invested and continually posts when they have lost faith in a Management team/Board. Would it not be a better idea to put that energy into finding something their comfortable with ? But it takes all sorts.
