CHM breached and were suspended , during suspension still had to disclose a Complete Response in the cancel trial...
Regulations are not a dark art ,, they are the mandatory conditions of having a Publicly Listed Entity..
AS AD stated , the CFO knows this ,,, its just part of Business... but in a private firm you can be a couple weeks late and fudge the numbers, not so with Public Companies..
Just need confirmation that the PKD data is complete ,, then the clock starts again for the FDA,, then once granted ,, fund and start Healey , recruitment , Fast Track Designation from the FDA , boom that negates a 2nd 9 month period in the Phase II Trial ,, MT and Co have a solid strategy , from my perspective it's only a matter of time (and Money) for NUZ 001 to be available commercially ..NZT
