I'm not chartist by any stretch of the imagination !
Looking at the NVA trend 10+ years it appears there's a consistent repeating pattern, big spike follwoed by long term downward trend.
Could we be repeating history ? Should we expect another large spike/re-rate in the next 1-2 months?
Would love a chartist to take a look at long term chart and provide an opinion
