Not sure if agree with your analysis there p37. Why IMO,

-8ema below the 20 and 8e trending down (orange line)
-SP broke support at 32, therefore we are now in a new Lower Low
-BBs are starting to open, thus a new trend starting. Candles are 'pushing' the lower bollie, I would expect 3-4 candles to touch before any bounce
-Candles are below the 8 and 20ma's
-Numerous red candles, may get a green to bounce back to 32, then red will be back
-RSI not over sold yet.
-Volume has actually picked up but red.
-No new news expected for a bit, maybe US listing but not expected to much in that front just yet.
-New investors will look at the books and see that maybe a CR is required soon (??)
-Macro environment shot
-POG won't help as it won't rally until the Fed pivots. (Mar or Apr IMO).
-Li prices down

So not much going for NVA at the moment. I will buy more once it gets to my price target but that not a for bit.
My shares comfortably in the bottom draw and it can stay there for a while yet. Nothing on the FA and TA front to make me buy more, or to sell for the matter.
