One thing you neglect to mention is that if they come out and say we're conserving cash and not doing any exploration for a few years until sentiment turns, every man and his dog are climbing over each other to get to the exits. Exactly the same result except we haven't progressed the project at all.
Who in their sane mind would hold an exploration company for years if they aren't exploring?
