I am getting the feeling that this is running out of steam, volumes are drying up. If we get the announcement in the next couple of days we should see a short term pop to about 14-15c, This is a level where a few targets are lining up;
Flag target = ~14.5c
Weekly wave 3 (262%) = 15.9c
Daily wave 5 = 11-15c

Then, assuming no further news until the end of the year, I can see the price probably drifting for a few months, cooling off, forming an abc correction on the daily and a 4th wave on the weekly.

Holding a long term parcel, probably trade out a few if we get one last pop up in price.
