Directors are obviously critical to the performance of the company, looking through their most recent announcement they list 4 names:

Avi Kimelman - CEO
Louie Simens
Dennis Fry
Olaf Frederikson

Each with glowing claims of competence and achievement, however nothing substantiated and no links to previous companies.
So I tried to find their previous companies and associations to see how they contributed. I'm not too far into this and for me red flags are going up.

Avi Kimelman:
Can't find much on this guy, a relatively blank linkedin profile here -> https://www.linkedin.com/in/avi-kimelman-00047983/
Any listing on google only reports on one other notable business venture -> ASX:BSN (I suggest you look on the HC boards for that company, looks tragic to me.)

Olaf Frederikson:

His most notable association has to be this one -> ASX:CHK (HC boards again, looks pretty gnarly to me.)

Claims of being an "Entrepreneur and founding Director of several Australian and international resource Companies."
My thinking is surely you'd list the companies and their successes? Am I going out on a limb here?

Louie Simens:
A preliminary search yields little to nothing of use.

Not trying to downramp here, I'm sure they're all competent, however 2 are linked to dubious ASX listed companies and two have next to no profile or presence at all.

Can someone shed some light on this?

well so far I'm very pleased with management and is a big reason I brought in.
here is just a run down of what I have liked to see.

- MR Kimelman brought 5 million shares in the placement @ 2 cents worth 100k
shows big confidence to me, know holds 47 million shares or 7% of NVA

- the new director Simens with 24 million shares and 4 million options

- management raised enough ($4 million) to complete a good drilling program

- Management were smart enough to sign a MOU with FAR resources to exchange knowledge of the Thompson's lithium project.

- Management withdraw from resolutions 7 and 8 meaning directors remuneration will be in direct comparison with future performance of the company. to me they must think very highly of the project and that it will do well for them and shareholders.

- but their best move was repricing the last CR from .0055c a share to 2.05 cents a share, very rarely do you see this absolutely brilliant for shareholders

so all up I'm very impressed on how they are going, its clear to me they think the company are still undervalued and seem confident with the upcoming drill program to prove up a very nice compliant JORC.
