Where do you get the information that need a bridging loan? Conversion of options is increasing the cash flow but also in the money for shareholders as cheaper than the share price. Most companies need funds, one time or another which is quite normal. The fact is, with gold price going up strongly and NVA has the excellent Estelle project, the share price will be rerated. Sooner than later people will be aware of the very undervalued share price.
