Apparently no one. If you had large holding with so little liquidity, you could easily buy and sell your own shares to move price up and down on very low volume. You can break the pattern by putting your money where your mouth is and buy more every day and hold if you have the balls. But as always, this stock is all about too much talk and too little action. Everyone and his dog is pretending this to be the best gold play on earth yet no one is buying shares. Talk about dichotomy.
