Drifta,since you seem to have an obsession with this,and you don't hold stock,why not ring NVA and speak to someone.I'm being dead serious.You can ask them how they came up with that figure,and go from there.You seem to need convincing,so get off your backside and do something about it,instead of being a troll.This is the spec market,so I cant say where the sp is going,or what NVA will prove they have,but your a broken record.
The only reason I haven't put you on ignore,is because I'm getting a laugh out of you...for now.
