Ok.. You dont have to convert.. If nva is 1$ and nvao is 97c.. Just sell them..
If nva said they were going to pay a huge dividend and you want that.. Then hand over the 3.2c per nvao to convert them and collect the div. Depends totally on you personal financial needs and circumstances..
