This overhang will make baggers very difficult.
Reverse share split is needed badly to make this look respectable (maybe this will be on the cards after they delist from the ASX).
Collaborations are nothing more than maybe discussions. A share without a concrete business plan with paying customers is as good one ready for liquidation.
