    5.20 mark approx - very cheap solution compared to mram as its integration cost on existing foundries is low - mram is high and costly due to exotic materials and processes

    6.00 min mark - very fast memory, cheap. non volatile and denser than mram = more bits per mm2
    a working ( compute) memory at the edge
