I think you and Feral are on point w/ the estimate sh prices, but within the existing confines of who's been trading the stock -- that said, continual YT videos and the planned OTC transition could greatly affect the calculus. With the millennial Robinhood craze, I've seen recent US $.25 penny stocks pumped to $7-11 before crashing hard weeks before a planned announcement (GNUS). Emotions and unbridled newb enthusiasm (brought on by COVID and RH) runs rampant on sites like disallowed, with literally thousands of posts an hr for the week's golden child. And there's no better cap nip for RH than TSLA-related stocks. (See recent NIO action trending with TSLA chart) I might be dead wrong, but the days of watching the chart move after I've made a NVNXF trade are fading, replaced by high beta action.

I too am wondering if I should top out now, or wait, and top out after a potential price decline after BD. Risky business.
