Great work putting this spreadsheet together. Do you reckon their overheads of $5m would be adjusted as they scale up production volume? The factory, machinery, warehousing etc would need to be a lot bigger at certain volumes. Other costs within the business to support the increased volume would also increase proportionately (may not affect GP, but would affect EBITDA). I don't have answers for you... can only provide the questions haha!
