I turned on the box tonight and saw that mug from the movie the Castle. Didn't he host a show called "Hot Property"? Was it axed because it was a crap show or because property is not that hot any more?
One a side note, I was talking to a friend of mine who is a loans officer at a major bank. He was telling me that there was a heap of property selling ATM to relatives to get the grants, like to spouses and from parents to children possibility for some super. Sounds like more trouble than it is worth, surely you would not bother unless you really needed the money and can not find a buyer?
