The valuation after new dilution was equivalent to $5.49 AU, so yesterday closing at $5.7 our market cap was $2.75B vs the pre-share dilution market cap of $2.65B. So technically, despite the big drop in share price the company as a whole gained in value.
Today, interestingly, we opened and seem to have plateaued (albiet for the moment) at the US OTC NVNXF price of 5.42. We might be beginning to see a shift in the power of who follows who (US vs AU). I expect AU to still drive the show for the moment but we may begin to see a shift soon in terms of which market is the primary SP driver even prior to NASDAQ listing.
