NASDAQ is coming. IMO, they are waiting for a combination of news to drop prior to the listing. For example:
- First Gen 3 Furnaces installed before end of calendar year 2021, bring total capacity to 2000TPA
- First shipment of 500T of NAM to Samsung SDI
- Sanyo MOU conversion to supply contract
- Jeff Dahn was bought on to the team as a strategic asset for IP development and business growth with industry players
- Cathode Materials update and/or additional MOUs for supply
- Location of third factory for a 30,000TPA install
- Emera Technologies partnership update
- New collaboration partnerships
Management team are world class, no news is also good news, they have a lot of work on their plate.
