They don't need money yet, most likely waiting for Cathode materials division next year IMO.
Or, EU expansion of the Anode Materials division using Phillips 66 UK Humber refinery. Phillips 66 UK are in discussions "at the highest levels" with EU government officials for bring local supply chains back away from Asia. Once that red tape is sorted, I expect minimum of 30-50kTPA factory to be deployed for their short term goals.
