The short interest of yesterday was 0.06%, a huge drop from 0.72% last Friday. I don't think this dramatic drop can be driven by hedging needs or downward bets at all. If those were the motivations, we should have seen more "stable" increases/decreases of short interests, right?
I have been noticing that spikes in NVX's short interests were exactly overlapped with large volume.
