I am not a chartist and don't rely too much on charts to plan my entry/exist. I am in the stock as I like the story, management, what they are trying to achieve and potential influx of revenue if they can achieve the targets. For Novonix, the change of sentiment will trigger if they can at least provide some kind of positive update on the Samsung and Sanyo deals which were widely published and helped the stock gain the parabolic rise in past two years. Lack of updates in major contacts will not be helpful in this brutally rough stock market for growth companies like Novonix where we are trading at high multiples of forward earning. But I am a cautious believer and Novonix has potential to become market leader in battery material tech with whole world putting up target to do green in coming years. I hope Novonix will come up with further offtake deals with big players, and provide more frequent operational update to keep this market interested.
