i think the price gets pushed up early to draw out overhead supply. It is clearly being accumulated but can't just rally as there is a lot of supply to get through. Once supply dries up the price can move forward. It has rallied 30% of the last bottom and needs to consolidate, it is a great sign that it keeps getting bought and continues sideways not down like last time. Another thing to consider is the 50 day ma trending down and won't stop for another 2 weeks so i think it is healthy to tighten up under $2 for another week or 2 and drain supply and then take off. Obviously traders would love that and we need them onboard to get this puppy trending up. these i my thoughts could be way off
