I think big buyers/sophisticated buyers are waiting for the announcement regarding DOE loan (NVX have stated they have applied, and we are starting to see other companies being awarded huge loans). I think there is a bit of uncertainty at the moment and these buyers are waiting and using this opportunity to shake the tree a little. I think we will not see significant upside until we get the announcements (in whatever order) regarding offtakes, loan/finance, new site selection and start of construction.
As things stand I think many view NVX as a concept and not a proven entity with real capacity to satisfy market requirements. We need an announcement of material substance.
I just wish I had more capital to throw at this right now.
