It is "cheap" compared to $12 that it was in late-2021. It is way overvalued compared to $0.2 that it was before the central bank intervention and global market distortion of 2020-2021. You can't measure how cheap or expensive is a stock just buy looking at the share price. The company is generating practically no revenue, whilst burning aggressively cash, and I can't see clear indications that it is about to change. For that reason, I don't see it as a $600M company and most certainly not a $5B market cap company.
