Unfortunately, have to agree with you on the performance of the BOD.
Need to pull the fingers out from the bxxpholes and make bold plan and progress the company ASAP and take advantage of the EV revolution.
Last 2 years, I don't see a lot of progress, business as usual little steps forward from a group of highly paid executives.
The shareholders deserve better.
