More like a chronic liar and that is his pathetic attempt to 'upramp' a falling knife. Every time this thing drops by 10 cents, he claims to be "loading up". The thing has been dropping since $12, so you can imagine how much he must have loaded up. He's certainly a Top 20 Shareholder... in his imagination, anyway.
