I agree 100%, I'm just far from sure that they will remove the exemption. Lots of carrots with BIL and IRA, but tariffs are an important 'stick' approach. You can't keep threatening the stick if you want it to be effective, jawboning has its limits.

Yeh, plenty of other battery stocks still having a rough time. As far as I can see there's no clear reason (to us retail investors) as to why the SP should be resisting the downward pressure atm. Most of the chartists last month predicted the opposite of what is actually happening - the phrase 'bear porn' was used. Interesting time ahead.
