On the Nasdaq 1 Novonix ADR = 4 shares,
so at close in New York last Friday US$2,54 / 4 = US$0.635 per share, which as at last Friday's US/AU exchange rate was almost exactly AU$1.00, the closing price on the ASX. So no difference as I see it.
