There has been some discussion about whether shares bought today will entitle us to buy the 29 cent shares in the Entitlement Offer.

Apparently the answer to that is 'no'. We had to be holding on Wednesday before the company went into trading halt.

I sent an email to Philip St Baker to clarify this point and here is his reply:

    Thanks for your interest.

Unfortunately the ASX rules dictate that the cut-off time and date is deemed to be just prior to when the company goes into the trading halt ahead of announcing the offer. This occurred on Wednesday this week.

Given the above no shares purchased after we come out of the trading halt will be entitled to the offer.

If you want more shares then you will need to purchase these in the market.

You can expect to see a detailed presentation on the transaction and the company as we come out of the trading halt which will be very informative.

I hope this answers your question.

    Regards,
