Based on ASX's shortsell data (24 Nov 2022), reported gross short sale for 24 Nov 2022 is 457,812.
Daily volume for 24 Nov 2022 is 2,888,756.
457812/2888756*100 = 15.85% !
15.85% of the daily volume is done by shorters, and you are saying its not heavily shorted!
Imagine where would the SP goes if the 457812 goes the other way, i.e. 450k of volume to be bought ON THE MARKET.
My guess is that will immediately add at least 15-20 cents back into the SP!
