I have been observing this one the whole day - I have a feeling that the shorters are deliberately capping it under 2.60.
Once these bottom feeders are gone, this will hopefully surge.
US DOW, NASDAQ was green. US futures are currently green. Hopefully they can't manipulate and cap it for too much longer.
All in my opinion... DOYR.
