people who buy at 3 and share price falls to 2...he is on 33% loss but now he has to gain 50% more to gain his initial investment....so every loss counts and loosing so much value within days without any news doesnt make sense...and last time there was massive share price surge exactly day before funding announcement day and dump afterward.....
