The only question remains is the NDA. Will the conversion to a Supply Agreement with Sanyo/Panasonic for Tesla, and I presume EV battery makers (I think Sanyo/Panasonic have a contract with Toyota as well as Tesla), allow Novonix to at least announce the tonnage and the vehicles their PUREgraphite anode materials are going into like they did with the Samsung SDI Supply Agreement announcement.
