just looking at this stock for the first time, wondering why they offered the placement at such a large price discount (56%!), no wonder it was over subscribed, and why it was offered now if as rumors are to be believed they have upcoming mega deals being possible with Tesla etc ? If that was true wouldnt you wait until post that announcement then cap raise ?
