If NVX gets this 25,000 tpa agreement with Samsung...and no reason to think they won't now they are actually building a $11.5 million furnace for that exact purpose then I have the share price going to $28.50 based just on this agreement only! Calculations below:
25,000 tpa * avg price of Purgraphite of 20,000 per tonne (refer below for avg) = $500,000,000 revenue. Divided by number shares outstanding = 351,000,000 = EPS of $1.43 a share times an average P/E of say 20 means share price could go to $28.50 just based off this agreement!
NVX to go to $28.50 a share!
