A recent post here said that one requirement to list on Nasdac is that the company must have shareholders funds of minimum $1 billon US. Theoretically you could get there with revaluations and accumulated profits but how long would that take?
If there is strong demand for the stock, particularly in the US then a CR at very near to market SP should be possible - and good for all IMO. Put another $500m on each side of the ledger to build the first 20k tonne plant on the back of offtake agreements.
